These Activity Center Terms of Service and License (the “Activity Center Terms”) are applicable to the service known as the “Discovery Education Activity Center” (the “Activity Center”) to be provided by Discovery Education, Inc. (“Discovery”) to you (the “Subscriber”). The Activity Center Terms supersede all other prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, communications, or understandings, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. In no event shall the terms and conditions of any other agreement amend or modify the terms and conditions of these Activity Center Terms.
