THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made and entered into this day of , 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE OGLE COUNTY CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY, ILLINOIS, an Illinois municipal corporation ("SELLER") and the City of Rochelle, an Illinois municipal corporation (“PURCHASER"). SELLER and PURCHASER may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
