This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between ("Purchaser/Licensee") and The Arizona State Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University and the Connect Center (“ASU”) 660 S Mill Avenue, Suite 310, Tempe, AZ, 85281 ("Licensor") (individually a "Party" and collectively as "the Parties").
