This Works Agreement (and all attachments including the Standard Conditions and Works Proposal) constitutes a notice under s.80, Transport Infrastructure Act setting out the chief executive’s requirements for the construction, augmentation, maintenance or alteration (including the upgrade, replacement, decommissioning or removal) of water and/or sewage infrastructure within a state- controlled road. The local government water and sewerage authority in the Works Agreement is named as the ‘Utility’.
