This Interim Superintendent Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by the Board of Trustees of the Sequoia Union High School District ("District" or "Board") and Crystal Leach, Interim Superintendent (“Ms. Leach” or "Interim Superintendent"). Crystal Leach is also serving as the District’s Associate Superintendent, Administrative Services. The District and Ms. Leach are collectively referred to as “the Parties”. This Interim Superintendent Employment Agreement is regarding Ms. Leach’s additional role as Interim Superintendent and is effective retroactive to January 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”).
