This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement,” or “Agreement) is made by and between Plaintiff Ariana Escobedo (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Mamba Logistics, Inc. and Danisha Wrighster (“Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendants as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
