The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Your participation in the Microba Insights Practitioner Program (“Program”) provided by Microba Pty Limited ABN 82 617 096 652 (“Microba”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Microba. By clicking the “I accept these terms and conditions” button when registering for or logging in to the Website, or by otherwise participating in the Program, You are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, You must not participate in the Program or attempt to access the Website. Any modifications of or deviations from these Terms must be agreed in writing by Microba.
