This Amendment (“Amendment”) is to the Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”), a Colorado corporation, and tw telecom of utah llc (“CLEC”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
