This Hosted Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the recipient of the Service (“Customer”) and Drake Software, LLC (“Provider”). This Agreement governs the Customer’s use of the Service (as defined below) provided. Customer agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by using the Service.
