This Public-Private Agreement For The Design, Build, Finance And Transfer of The City Of Fishers’ Recreation Center (this “BOT Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of January, 2024, by and between HAGERMAN GM REC CENTER, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Hagerman GM”), and the City of Fishers, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety (the “City”), on the following terms and conditions:
