This AmbuPro Cloud Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the signature date of the Sales Order authorization (“Effective Date”), by and between OCI Software (“OCI”), a company incorporated under the laws of Massachusetts, and the AmbuPro customer (“Customer”). Each of OCI and Customer may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
