The purpose of Annex One shall be to perform propulsion test engineering assessments in support of Rocket Crafters dba Vaya Space (Partner)’s advancement of propulsion system technology. This engineering design activity shall be planned for execution in the July and August 2022 timeframe with the expectations that the facility implementation and propulsion testing annex to follow will be tentatively planned for September 2022 through February 2023.
