THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“First Amendment”) is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Isani Consultants, L.P. (“Isani Consultants”), a Texas limited partnership. County and Isani Consultants are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually a “Party.”
