This Trust Agreement (the “Trust Agreement”), dated as of 1, 2021, by and among U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee (as defined herein), and the community college districts named in Schedule I hereto, or their successor or assigns (each, a “Community College District” or collectively the “Community College Districts”), as originally executed and entered into and as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented in accordance herewith;
