This Agreement covers all funds transfers using the Delta Community CU’s (the “Credit Union”) Account 2 Account (“A2A”) service. To enroll in the A2A service, I understand that I must consent to receive notices and information about A2A electronically. I also must have the ability to receive and retain electronic communications before I accept the terms of this user agreement for A2A (the “Agreement”). The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which I may request a funds transfer to or from my account at another financial institution. These terms and conditions affect my rights and I know that I should read them carefully.
