The University of Illinois desires to install a telecommunication duct bank within the Mathews Avenue right-of-way to serve the Post-Genomics Institute building. The proposed utility work is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2005. As in past granted license agreements, all disturbed city facilities within the right-of-way will be restored in-kind.
