This user agreement for Shippers (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions upon which Transportr Ltd (hereinafter “Transportr”, “us”, “our” or “we”) provides electronic services (“Services”) to the you (“Shipper” or “you”) via its electronic network and technology platform (“Platform”) in order to assist and facilitate the introduction to you of providers of freight transportation services (“Carriers” as further defined below).
