These Spinach Pay Merchant Terms of Service, as may be amended from time to time (the “Terms”) are part of the Spinach Pay Merchant Agreement between you and Spinach Pay, Inc. (“ Spinach Pay”) and apply to your use of an Spinach Pay account (“Account”) and any Spinach Pay products and services that you access using an Account, including via websites, applications, or through any other means (the “Spinach Pay Services”). These Terms of Service have legal implications. It is important you read these Terms of Service and consult legal counsel as deemed appropriate by you at your own expense.
