THIS AGREEMENT is by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth” or “Company”), a Georgia corporation, and Choctaw Communications, L.L.C. (“Choctaw”), a Texas corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of February 23, 1998.
