The undersigned equipment Installer, as defined in the Charge Ready NY 2.0 Program Opportunity Notice (PON) 5367 (“Charge Ready” or “Program”) Implementation Manual (“Manual”), hereby acknowledges, by and through the below signatory who, in signing, asserts that they possess legal authority to speak for and bind the undersigned organization (the “Installer”), and that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, including Exhibits A and B, and those in the Manual, which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
