This grant agreement (“Contract”), dated as of the date the Contract is fully executed, is between the Tillamook County (“County”), and Food Roots (“Recipient”) for financing the project referred to above and described in Exhibit A (“Project”). This Contract becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law.
