This AGREEMENT REGARDING CITY PENSION OBLIGATION BONDS (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, a Texas public retirement system (“TMRS”), and the City Council (“Council”) of the City of Bryan (“City”), and will be effective for all purposes as of the date this Agreement is signed by the latter party to do so below (“Effective Date”).
