This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between ACCESS, a membership organization having its principal place of business at 493 Bev Road, Unit 1, Boardman, OH 44512 (“ACCESS”) and BOARDMAN LOCAL SCHOOLS, an Ohio school district having its principal place of business at 7410 Market Street, Boardman, OH 44512 (“USER”).
