These terms and conditions, along with any attached Addenda and your Sponsored Merchant Application (collectively, the “Agreement”), will govern the legal relationship under which the payment processing services described herein will be provided to you. This Agreement is in addition to, and does not supersede or replace, any other agreement(s) between you and Launchpay or its affiliates.
