This AGREEMENT, entered into this 1st day of April 1, 2019, which date is particularized for purpose of reference only, is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and OneOC, a California non-profit corporation; and Community Health Initiative of Orange County (CHIOC), a California non-profit corporation; hereinafter collectively referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” This Agreement shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
