This Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the date of the last signature below, by and between the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education (“NSHE”) on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“Owner”), and Insert Full Legal Name (“Contractor”).
