This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitute the legal contract between SkyTalk Plus, LLC (“SkyTalk” or “WE” or “US” or “OUR”) and the Customers (“Customer” or “Subscriber” or “User” or “YOU” or “YOUR”) utilizing the business services (“Service(s)”) and products (“Product(s)”) of SkyTalk Plus, LLC. This Agreement governs both the Service and any devices, such as an IP phone, Multimedia Terminal Adapter, Analog Telephone Adapter, switch, router or any other IP connection device (“Device” or “Equipment”), used in conjunction with the Service. If Customer purchased Equipment (“CPE”) from a dealer, retail store, or any other provider other than SkyTalk Plus, YOU are a “Retail Customer” for purposes of this Agreement.
