The individual whose name appears on the Coverdell Education Savings Custodial Account Adoption Agreement (hereinafter called “Depositor”) is establishing a Coverdell Education Savings Custodial Account (“Coverdell ESA”) with Constellation Trust Company (hereinafter referred to as “Custodian”) under section 530 for the benefit of the designated beneficiary identified therein (the “Designated Beneficiary”) exclusively to pay for the qualified elementary, secondary, and higher education expenses, within the meaning of section 530(b)(2), of such Designated Beneficiary.
