The WIRELESS TRAPS Service is a patent-pending technology comprised of two basic components: the wireless device and equipment (the “Hardware” or “Wireless Device”) which connects to the trap gate and the WIRELESS TRAPS software and other proprietary intellectual property, servers and wireless data transmission services which are accessed via the Internet or by telephone (collectively with the Hardware or Wireless Device, the “Service”). The Service is provided by WIRELESS TRAPS, through the facilities of a wireless service provider(s) to WIRELESS TRAPS ("Wireless Service Provider"). The "Network" is the method by which Wireless Device connects to the Service. A “Venue Host” is a third party provider to the Service.
