Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §1-23-320(F), and all other applicable statutes and regulations, this Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is made by and among; AARP South Carolina (“AARP”); Frank Knapp, Jr. (“Frank Knapp”); Sierra Club and the Natural Resources Defense Council (“Sierra Club”); the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League and Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (“SACE/CCL”); the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (“DCA”); South Carolina Energy Users Committee (“SCEUC”); the United States Department of Defense and all other Federal Executive Agencies (“DOD/FEA”); Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”); the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (“ORS”); and, Dominion Energy South Carolina, Incorporated (“DESC” or the “Company”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or sometimes individually as “Party”).
