The current off-duty rate is $40.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. All forms below must be completed and returned either by submitting electronically through the submittal button on the electronic document, or by printing and signing the document and delivering it in person or by fax. If submitting electronically, the following documents are binding agreements by you, the requestor, and the Southlake Departments of Public Safety.
