(POW”), Richard Beggs (an individual), Sarah Beggs (an individual), Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer Conservation District (“BSEACD”), Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (“HTGCD”), Alfredalbert, LLC (“Alfredalbert”), Umari Partners, LP. (“Umari”), Reed Burns (an individual), and RPC Investments, LLC (“RPC”), enter this Agreement concerning the City’s application for a Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“TPDES”) Permit No. WQ0014488003 from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (“TCEQ”) (“Agreement”).
