Partnership Agreement for 2022-2023Partnership Agreement • September 15th, 2022 • Texas
Collin County Community College District, a public junior college district (“Collin College” or the “College”) and Harmony Public Schools d/b/a Harmony School of Innovation-Dallas, a Texas open-enrollment charter school (“Harmony”) hereby enter into the following Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) to provide opportunities for high school students to concurrently enroll in college courses and programs. This Agreement is written in accordance with Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 9, Subchapter H of the Texas Administrative Code (“TAC”), 19 TAC Rule §9.144, pertaining to partnerships between secondary schools and public two-year colleges. Collin College and Harmony are hereinafter each referred to as the “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
