This Trial License Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Accrete, LLC with an address of 50 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004 (“Accrete”) and you (“you,” “your” or “Customer”). The foregoing entities may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.” This Agreement shall be effective as of the click-through acceptance date (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until terminated as provided for herein.
