This is a Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership Program Agreement (“Agreement”) dated as of , 20 by and between the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, a federally chartered corporation (“Bank”), and (“Member”). The Bank and Member are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.” Capitalized terms not defined elsewhere herein have the respective meanings ascribed to them in Section 1 of this Agreement. All references in this Agreement to statutes or regulations include such statute or regulation as in effect from time to time, any amendments thereto and any successor statute or regulation.
