This Contingency Search Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Clutch Group, LLC (dba: Clutch Legal). (“Agency”) with Executive and Administrative Offices located at 417 North 8th Street Suite 500 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19123 and (Client Name) on (Date). The following definitions are applicable to this Agreement: “Candidate(s)” means a person referred to CLIENT by AGENCY. “Referral(s) means the disclosure by AGENCY of the identity of a Candidate by any means in writing. “Employs” means CLIENT engages the services of the Candidate as an employee.
