This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between County of Huerfano, Colorado (“Municipality”) and SAFEbuilt Colorado, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAFEbuilt, LLC (“Consultant”). Municipality and Consultant shall be jointly referred to as “Parties”.
