This Stitch Sisters Quilt House Application and Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , 20 , by Stitch Sisters Quilt Retreat, LLC (“Owner”) and the persons who are listed below as staying at Quilt House as either the “Retreat Coordinator” or as an additional “Guest”, (collectively, the Retreat Coordinator and additional Guests are referred to as the “Guests”) regarding the Guests’ use of the house know as the Stitch Sisters Quilt House, consisting of (4) Bedrooms, (3.5) baths, a kitchen, a sewing/craft room, a cutting/ironing room, family room and lounging loft, all located at 26515 11th Avenue East, Spanaway, WA 98371 (the “Stitch Sisters Quilt House”).
