, 2022 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between the CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation (“City”), acting by and through its Public Utilities Commission ( “SFPUC”), and CITY OF LOS ALTOS, a California municipal corporation (“Licensee”). City and Licensee are sometimes collectively referred to in this License as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party.” This License is entered into with reference to the following facts and understandings of the Parties.
