Article # Title Sign Off Date Old Language New Language Preamble August 9,2022 Current 1 Term of Collective Agreement July 26, 2022 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement, including appendices hereto unless altered by mutual consent of both Parties hereto, shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year-to-year thereafter unless amended or terminated.
