RESERVATION AGREEMENTReservation Agreement • April 29th, 2021
RE/MAX Associates (“Broker”) hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) from the undersigned prospective purchaser (“Buyer”) which funds shall be deposited in accordance with state law and will be held, applied or refunded as provided in this Agreement. This deposit shall remain totally refundable to Buyer until the deposit is applied toward an executed Real Estate Purchase Contract (“REPC”). Buyer may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to executing the REPC by providing the Broker with written notice of cancellation. Buyer agrees that the Deposit may be placed in an interest-bearing trust account with interest to be paid to the Utah Association of Realtors® Housing Opportunity Fund (UARHOF) to assist in creating affordable housing throughout the state.
