This INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT between the CITY OF SEBRING, a Florida municipal corporation (herein called "City") and HIGHLANDS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (herein called, "County") is made and entered into this day of , 2016, pursuant to Section 163.01, Florida Statutes. (The County and the City shall be collectively referred to as “Parties”.)
