Staff employed by Fair Work Building and Construction (FWBC) have their pay and employment conditions governed by: the Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner (ABCC) Enterprise Agreement 2011-2014. Although the ABCC has ceased to exist, the Enterprise Agreement continues to have effect and it covers FWBC staff. References in the Enterprise Agreement to the ABCC should now be read as FWBC and references to the Commissioner of the ABCC should be read as references to the Chief Executive of FWBC.
