This Contract for Service (“Contract”) is entered into as of 2018, by and between the City of San Mateo, a municipal corporation (“SAN MATEO”), the City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District (EMID), a municipal corporation (“FOSTER CITY”) and the Belmont Fire Protection District, a special district (“BELMONT FIRE”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
