This Cooperation Agreement ("Agreement"), is made this day of , 2019, by and between the CITY OF PITTSBURGH, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("City"), and THE PITTSBURGH WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("PWSA").
