THIS GUARANTEE AND INDEMNITY is made the day and year stated in Section 1 of the Schedule hereto between the Party/Parties whose name(s), description(s) and/or address/addresses is/are stated in Section 2 of the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the Guarantors” which expression shall, where the context so admits, include his/her/their estate, heirs, personal representatives, permitted assigns and/or successors in title as the case may be) of the one part and CIMB ISLAMIC BANK BERHAD (Company No. 671380-H) a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered office at Level 13, Menara CIMB, Jalan Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur and having a place of business at the address specified in Section 3 of the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank” which expression shall include its successors in title) of the other part.
