This Extension and Amendment Agreement ("Amendment), effective as of July 1, 2017 (“Effective Date”), and as set forth herein extends the term of and amends that certain Agreement to Provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Services dated July 1, 2016 (the “Agreement”) by and between the County of Orange, a municipal corporation, with offices at 255 Main Street, Goshen, New York 10924 ("County"), with the concurrence of the Orange County Workforce Development Board (“OCWDB”), and Best Resource Center, Inc., a domestic non-for-profit corporation with its principal place of business located at 49 Grand Street, Newburgh, New York 12550 ("Contractor"). County and Contractor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
