This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) made this 1st day of October, 2009, is by and between Frontier Communications of Illinois, Inc. and Citizens Telecommunications Company of Illinois, both Illinois corporations, having their principal place of business at 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Frontier”) and Mediacom Telephony of Illinois, LLC d/b/a Mediacom, a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 100 Crystal Run Rd., Middletown, NY 20941 (“Carrier”). Frontier and Carrier may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
