This Consultant Referral Network Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Power For Humanity, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices located at 114 Evans Road, Unit 3, Brighton, MA 02135, doing business as Living Legends Consulting (“Company”) and the individual or entity (the “Consultant”) disclosed on the LivingLegendsConsulting.com webpage (the “Website”) when electronically agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. Each of Consultant and Company may also be referenced as a “party” herein and together as the “parties.” This Agreement is entered into as of the date entered by Consultant on the Website when electronically agreeing to the terms of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement governs the referral arrangement under which Company may market Consultant’s technical skills and product offerings (the “Services”) to potential clients (“Client”).
