(this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between FAIRFAX COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “FCRHA”), and One University Family, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (together with any assignee permitted under this Agreement, “One University”; One University and the FCRHA, are each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
